Background
Our founder, Dominique Hardy, has a profound story of resilience and determination. After her dreams were completely shattered after moving to a new state to pursue her legal degree, Dominique learned she had a severe learning and reading disability. Still, she was determined to show up for herself in the pursuit of her dreams. She then received her Masters degree in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. There, she learned how to manage and lead public organizations. Unbeknownst to her, her degree was preparing her for being our founder and CEO of a fresh and innovative movement for learning, which she is excited to announce in 2022.
Credentials
Her story is profound because attaining her MPA degree was a struggle due to her disability. However, she persevered and received her Masters degree anyway, though she struggled with her confidence in studying and completing her projects. Since then, Dominique has also attained her certification as a Life Coach from Without Limits Ministries, a ministry of Education and Training. She is also committed to renewing her certification every two years. Dominique has been coaching and empowering individuals and groups of people for over a decade. Both her struggles and lived experiences have qualified her in the leading of a fresh and innovative movement for learning, which she is excited to announce in 2022.
